Lear-Jet gooey rollers

I just learned a valuable tip. You all know how we HATE the Lear-Jet rollers, that turn to goo...Well, here's a great idea. Replace them with the plastic rollers you get from old RCA carts. They are the perfect size and fit great. I had two of the Lear-Jets that I just tried it on, and they play perfectly. No problems.

  1. I find the RCA rollers don't always work. I've found the best replacement. A rubber spindle for an oscillating sander (3/4" X 4") can be cut and mounted on the old hub. Perfect stuff!
